One of the worst feelings in the world is breaking up because it leaves you feeling like there is nothing left in the world.
Everyone claims that you can get over the depressing feeling that follows a breakup, but in practice, doing so is incredibly tough.
You are here because you need help. My words in the article may be somewhat helpful, but no matter what I do, you will still have to cope with the suffering on your own.
My Story
When I was in college, I had a girlfriend. She was very attractive, and I used to think that one day, I would marry her. However, god had other plans, and I’m not sure what happened, but she suddenly began sending me signals that she wasn’t interested in me any longer and that I should look for someone else.
She finally admitted to me after a few months that she needs a break up!
My heart briefly froze as I listened to her say those words, and all the dreams I had been having vanished in an instant.
After that, I began to spend the majority of my time playing video games inside my house and viewing videos about personal development.
I had convinced myself that nothing would happen now, that it was all finished, and that I would never have anyone else in my life, but I was wrong.
Things change, and it takes time, but we can all heal, believe me!
Here are some things that have benefited me and may help you as well.
1: Try Your Luck In The Game Of Love Again
Most people make a significant error by not dating again for a long time after a breakup.
I understand how difficult it is to give someone a place in your heart, especially after a bad breakup.
But let me tell you something: this is a very efficient technique to get over the sadness that comes with a breakup.
When we start dating someone, our yearning for the person who left us fades.
However, it’s risky, and by that I mean, if you again met a breakup, you would feel worse, but there is risk in everything, life is all about risks, so give yourself another chance and start finding a new lover for yourself!
2: Stop Spending Time Alone
While researching for this post, I read some posts, and most of the time, I found that many bloggers are recommending people to spend some time alone, they claim that you’ll feel better if you spend time alone.
Let me tell you, it’s a terrible advice.
Spending time alone will crush your mind, your mind will get bombarded by their feelings and all the moments you spend together.
Never stay alone for a long time, instead, get in touch with your friends, especially, those friends with whom you can share every feeling.
Spending time with people who are close to you can help you reduce stress and anxiety. You’ll feel much better spending time with your friend than staying alone.

3: Past Is Not Your Concern
Past is past, you can’t change it, but you can definitely shape your future! So, learn from your past mistakes, and move on!
There is a critically acclaimed series name “Peaky Blinders”, in the series, the lead role “Thomas Shelby,” said, “She’s in the past. The past is not my concern. The future is no longer my concern, either”.
As a great Peaky Blinders fan, Thomas Shelby’s statement actually helped me feel better because I could relate to it.
So don’t stress too much about what happened in your past, just calm yourself down and continue moving forward.
4: Focus On Building Yourself
This is another piece of advice I wanna share with you.
After a breakup, I literally started working incredibly hard, I learned many new things, like how to create websites, how to set up a business online, and how to develop apps.
After the breakup, I quickly realized that people won’t value me enough if I don’t have money.
By earning more money, I also wanted to show my ex that she made a mistake.
If you are super rich, you can ignore this point, but if you are not rich, you have to learn skills that can make you money! It’s crucial!
Because people get attracted to those who have tons of money in their bank accounts. Society respects them!
