Experts advise that women between the ages of 20 and 39 should keep a body fat percentage between 21% and 32%, women between the ages of 40 and 59 should maintain a body fat percentage between 23% and 33%, and women beyond the age of 60 should maintain a body fat percentage between 24% and 35%.

What Type Of Body Men Desire?
Men are most drawn to women with a waist-to-hip ratio of 0.7, or a waist that is roughly 30% smaller than the hips.
